Important Change to Address Requirements on Claims

Beginning April 1, 2023, the provider addresses listed on claims claim must exactly match the provider address listed in NCTracks. The full address, including street address line 1, street address line 2, city, state and zip+4, must match exactly. To avoid denials, please review your claims file formats and electronic health record (EHR) address set up.
