Providers Impacted by Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Federal Mandate

If you provide any of the services listed below, you are required to have an EVV system by January 1, 2021.

If you have not established your Agency’s EVV system by January 1, 2021 you will no longer be able to bill or receive payment for services identified as requiring EVV within the federal mandate.

HHAeXchange is currently working with Alliance to implement this federal mandate and has scheduled an additional Provider Info Session for all LME’s on Tuesday, November 17 at 10:00am. The intended audience of this session is EVV providers who have not yet attended an initial HHA Info Session. To register for this session please review your HHA welcome letter that was sent to your agency in mid-October.
