Practitioner Search Tool Review
Accurate referral information is key to ensuring that Alliance members have access to services. To review this information please go to the Alliance Health website and click on the “Find a Provider” tab to do a search on “Clinicians” or click on this link. Once the review has been completed licensed practitioners can return this form with updated information to the Provider Network Helpdesk at [email protected]
