Alliance’s Office of Compliance is hosting a Compliance and Fraud Prevention Training on Tuesday, October 1st, 1-4pm at Alliance’s Home Office. Please register to attend.
Participants will learn the functions of Corporate Compliance, and how to develop and implement an effective compliance program to prevent and detect non-compliance in their organizations. Participants will be presented with an overview of Program Integrity, including fraud/abuse investigations. The presentation will cover health care fraud and abuse laws/regulations such as the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Physician Self-Referral Law (“Stark Law”), and the Exclusions Statute. Participants will review a sample allegation, develop an investigation plan, and utilize effective compliance planning to address the findings.
Audience: The target audience for this training includes Compliance Officers/Managers, Quality Management, Owners, Directors, and other organizational staff responsible for regulatory compliance.
Restrictions: Attendees must be representatives from organizations that are contracted with Alliance, with a limit of two (2) per each organization.
