The 2020 Perception of Care Survey will be administered August 1-31,2020, and because of the COVID-19 pandemic, will be conducted differently than in previous years.
There are three options:
- In person, web-based: Member completes web-based survey at provider service site;
- In person, paper: Member completes paper survey, provider enters responses online; or
- Telephonic or with computer/smartphone cameras: Provider verbally administers survey to member and enters member’s responses online.
Please note that a computer or tablet with internet access will need to be available for members at each provider site for in-person administration. If your organization is selected for the sample, you will receive the link to the surveys, administration guidelines, and a target number of surveys to complete.
