Town Hall Meetings Help Communities Prepare for Alliance Tailored Plan Launch
Alliance Health offered town hall meetings during November in each of the six counties we serve, focusing on the launch of Tailored Care Management on December 1 and our Tailored Plan on April 1. Members of Alliance leadership responded to excellent questions and feedback from engaged audiences in each county, and Spanish and American Sign Language interpretation were available. These town hall meetings are part of Alliance’s commitment to providing a seamless transition to the Tailored Plan for members and to supporting local providers before and after plan launch.
Our thanks to our local Consumer and Family Advisory Committees (CFAC) in each county for co-hosting our meetings, and to state Rep. Nasif Majeed for joining our Mecklenburg event.
The PowerPoint presentation shared at the meetings is available online. We also held a virtual meeting for those not able to attend in person, and a recording of that session is available. For closed captioning options, click the CC button and captions will appear in English. To view the captions in Spanish or another language, click the gear button, followed by subtitles, then auto-translate and select the language of choice.
