Please join the Supportive Housing Series designed with you in mind! Housing is an important social driver of health and argumentatively the leverage point for all other whole-person interventions. Yet the complex systems of housing, homelessness, and healthcare can be difficult to navigate. Our Better At Home campaign aims to build competencies surrounding the quality dimensions of supportive housing to increase community tenue and reduce barriers so people remain housed.
