Mental Health First Aid teaches a five-step action plan to offer immediate help to someone showing signs of a mental illness or crisis and connect them with the appropriate professional, peer, social or self-help care.
Sometimes, the best first aid is you. Take the course, save a life, strengthen your community.
Free training occurs over two half-days, March 5 and 6, 2020, 8 am to noon each day.
