This training will focus on promoting and encouraging openness and transparency around emotional and mental health needs of minorities and will encourage an open dialogue to stimulate inclusive and collaborative conversations. It will also identify barriers that prevent people from feeling comfortable about seeking mental health treatment. In addition it will explore what to expect on your first clinical appointment to reduce stigma, fear and a lack of clarity and to increase awareness and help build a stronger rapport with the clinician.
