September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month!

This training will provide an overview of Piedmont Health Services and Sickle Cell Agency and provide information about sickle cell disease and sickle cell trait, populations that are affected by sickle sell disease, complications of living with sickle cell disease, and how to establish care for people who have sickle cell disease.

Presenter: Wendolyn Lyons, MSW is the Sickle Cell Health Educator Counselor for Piedmont Health Services and Sickle Cell Agency in Fayetteville.
