Alliance offers an attractive package of benefits to part-time employees working more than 20 hours per week.

The following benefits are offered to full-time employees and to part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week. Benefits begin the first of the month following the date of hire.

  • Medical Insurance – Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina
    • Covers preventative care at 100%
    • Includes prescription coverage
    • Partially paid by employee, partially paid by employer
  • Dental Insurance – Delta Dental of North Carolina
    • Employee only coverage paid 100% by Alliance
    • Orthodontia for children and adults – 50% to the annual max
  • Vision Insurance – VSP
    • Employee only coverage paid 100% by Alliance
    • Frames every 24 months
    • Lenses or contacts every 12 months
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Flores & Associates
    • Medical FSA
    • Dependent Care FSA
  • Life Insurance and AD&D – One America
    • Basic Life/AD&D is 100% Alliance paid benefit of 1 x annual salary
    • Voluntary Life/AD&D available for employee, spouse/DP, and/or dependent children

  • Disability – One America
    • Short-term – covers 60% of your weekly salary up to $1,000/week
